    • Standard Tracked Shipping: €0.00 (Free)
    Our standard delivery option. Includes a reliable tracking number so you can monitor your package from our international fulfillment centers directly to your doorstep.

    • Insured Premium Shipping (Loss & Damage Protection): €5,95
    This premium tier provides your order with immediate processing priority in our international warehouses. Furthermore, it includes full financial protection: in the unlikely event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, Ecoly Store will dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately at zero additional cost to you, bypassing the standard carrier investigation wait times.

2. DELIVERY TIMES
Because your orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers to reduce storage and carbon overhead, our delivery times consist of two parts:
• Processing Time: Orders are verified, quality-checked, and packed within 1–3 business days.
• Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery to most EU countries takes between 7–14 business days. 

Please note that during peak holidays or exceptional customs clearance events, delivery may occasionally take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. 100% SECURE TRACKING
Every single order is shipped with a reliable Track & Trace number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. You can monitor your package every step of the way.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Great news for our European customers: For all orders shipped to the European Union, European VAT is already calculated and settled directly at checkout through our compliance channels. Your package will pass smoothly through EU customs without any unexpected border fees or handling charges at your doorstep.

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately at info@ecolystore.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping details once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
